Apollo 13 | What happens when the box you trained for no longer fits?

The Apollo 13 crew is on a mission to land on the Moon. They have the best equipment. Expertise that is unparalleled. They have trained for this mission. But after an oxygen tank explodes in space the mission immediately shifts to survival and a fight to get the crew home alive. We watch the astronauts and NASA engineers improvise solutions with equipment on hand. Systems and procedures designed for one mission must be rapidly repurposed for another.

What happens when the box you’ve been training in no longer fits and your mission must change. Technology shifts, environments evolve, and relationships transform. We may be fully prepared with credentials, plans, and clear goals, but when the ground beneath us becomes unstable, our ability to adapt is what redefines success.
