One day while wandering in the woods he discovers a doorway to Christmas town. There he finds a new world of colors and cheer. Inspired by what he’s seen he attempts to make changes to halloween town. This leads to chaos and his own struggle for his role in the world he’s from.
Jack’s adventure is one that we’re all familiar with. That new setting. Our perception that the other side has something that will provide us with what’s missing.
Despite having everything he could want and a role clearly defined Jack feels something is missing.
And perhaps that is the challenge we all must face, the realization that we have what we need where we are and that building on what’s been accomplished can scaffold us little by little.
